• Account Registration Info: Full Name, Business Name, Email address, Username, and Password hashes when creating an account.
• WhatsApp Chat Data: Your phone number, team member phone numbers, and any messages or text prompts sent to our verified WhatsApp business number.
• Raw Media Uploads: The raw photographs of jewellery items you upload for AI rendering.
• Transaction Details: Payment receipts, subscription selections, and order history processed via our secure payment partners (e.g. Razorpay). We do not store raw card numbers or bank credentials on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed strictly to power and improve your experience:

• To generate high-resolution AI renders, models, and posters from your raw photos.
• To manage and authenticate your active pricing plans, credits, and registered sub-users.
• To deliver generated outputs and automated transaction statuses directly back to you via WhatsApp.
• To provide dedicated concierge customer support and troubleshoot processing queries.

3. Image Ownership & Training Safeguards

We maintain strict safeguards regarding your intellectual property:

• No Commercial Sale: We never sell, rent, or lease your raw jewellery designs or rendered photographs to third parties.
• No Public Model Training: Your private designs are not used to train public machine learning models. Any tuning or custom model weights generated for your brand remain isolated and accessible only by you.
• Intellectual Property: You retain complete ownership of all original raw designs uploaded, as well as the resulting AI outputs generated by the platform.

4. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-grade security controls (including SSL encryption, secure tokens, and Supabase security configurations) to prevent unauthorized access. Raw uploads and processed outputs are stored securely on encrypted cloud servers. You may request permanent deletion of your account and design history at any time by contacting our support team.

5. Sharing of Information

We only share information with trusted third-party service providers essential to our workflow:

• Supabase: For secure database hosting and login authentication.
• Razorpay: For processing secure end-to-end payments.
• WhatsApp Business API: To transmit chat logs and image messages between your device and our processing core.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Continued use of our WhatsApp service after updates indicates full agreement with the revised policy.
