IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Suvaran AI uses advanced artificial intelligence to render product images and virtual model photoshoots. By using this service, you acknowledge that AI-generated outputs are probabilistic mockups intended solely for digital marketing, cataloguing, and visual representation. They do not constitute certified blueprint designs, physical specifications, or stone grading reports for physical manufacturing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with Suvaran AI, submitting payment, or uploading media files through our verified WhatsApp business assistant, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the service.

2. Description of Service & User Conduct

Suvaran AI offers AI-powered digital photography refinement, luxury table background placement, and model mockup draping for jewellery items via standard WhatsApp chats and web dashboards.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you own or hold appropriate copyright permissions for any raw designs or logos uploaded to our service.
  • You agree not to upload any illegal, trademark-infringing, fraudulent, obscene, or malicious content.
  • You agree not to exploit, reverse engineer, or scrape the AI engines or image synthesis pipelines.

3. Account Sharing & Sub-User Limitations

Subscription plans dictate active user thresholds. Sharing login credentials or using unregistered sub-user numbers outside your business is strictly prohibited:

  • Starter Plan: Capped at 1 owner user number.
  • Professional Plan: Capped at 1 owner user and 1 registered team member (2 users total).
  • Business Plan: Capped at 1 owner user and 2 registered team members (3 users total).
  • Violating sub-user limits or attempting to route multiple numbers through unauthorized API wrappers will result in immediate service suspension without refund.

4. Billing, Credits, & Expiry

All premium upgrades represent one-time purchases with predefined credit amounts (55, 120, or 400 images). Credits loaded have **unlimited validity** and will never expire as long as your account remains active. All pricing displayed is exclusive of statutory local taxes where applicable.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

SUVARAN AI PROVIDES ALL GENERATED ASSETS ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ABSOLUTE ACCURACY OF COLOR FIDELITY, METAL SHINE, STONE CARAT SIZE, OR REALISTIC REFLECTIONS. USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT GENERATIVE AI SYNTHESIZES IMAGES PROBABILISTICALLY AND MINOR ARTIFACT VARIATIONS OR IMPERFECTIONS MAY OCCUR.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SUVARAN AI, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF SALES, PROFITS, OR BRAND REPUTATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF AI GENERATED MOCKUPS. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR YOUR CURRENT ACTIVE SUBSCRIBED PLAN.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
